The product had been developed, however, there was a missing gap for brand identity that will define the final UI/UX look and feel and most importantly an identity that will match the vision the company had for the product.
We had a few workshop sessions to understand the perspective of the product owners and managers and educate on our creative processes. We tied the identity with a need for a brand strategy alongside a brand identity.
