Strategy + Re-Branding: (Healthy Living Community Brand) Eko Wellness is a coalition of makers and producers of healthy Living products and services across the globe. The coalition has been around for a while offering wellness opportunities for varied consumers. They aggregate and provide proprietary services and solutions that helps consumers attain both body and mind wellness. Having gathered over 200 Members, the annual wellness fair was approaching and there was a need to improve on the past fairs an also create and launch a portal to manage the community. The 3rd edition of the wellness fair was to the strategic and well executed. We created the social media/digital brand guide to help establish the tone and expression for the brand. We also creates communication strategy and content to promote and grow the brand and by extension the portal. Our research insights helped to ascertain the direction for the Eko Wellness portal. We created the user journey map and the User Experience and interface (UI/UX) for the portal working hand-in-hand with the developers. The fair was the largest so far with several experiential activities for visitors and buyers to engage and buy. It was also in record attendance and participation. Eko Wellness lived up to its brand promise and also delivered a Top of Mind Awareness for its new audience. A brand that sells takes branding seriously.
